AIR-SEED GRAIN CLEANER

The AIR-SEED pre-cleaner available in our offer is a solid particle separator, in which light particles such as dust, husks and chaff are sucked into the dedusting cyclone, and the cleaned material falls by gravity to the outlet.

To increase the efficiency of the machine, we used a rotary “plate” distributor driven by an electric motor, which evenly breaks the grain stream, which ensures high efficiency of the process. The cereal cleaners we offer are adapted to work outside.

In most cases, the AIR-SEED cereal cleaner works as a pre-cleaning element in the PROF-SEED model. It can also work separately as a light dirt separator.
